【保證金 Deposit Payment】

• 錄取者請於114年04月17日(星期四)下午3時前至理學院(屏師校區敬業樓2樓)繳交保證金NTD$500。
  當日未繳者視同放棄工作坊與會機會。
  The accepted participants must pay the deposit (NTD$500) to the College of Science(2F, Jing Ye Building, Pingshih Campus) before 15:00, April 17th, or the vacancy will go to the others.
• 如遇有放棄情形，本院將通知或公告缺額參與機會。
  The College of Science will reopen the application link if vacancy occurs.
• 全程參與者全額退還保證金NTD$500。
  The deposit of NT$500 will be refunded if the participants attend the entire workshop.

【報名截止 Application Deadline】

• 報名截止日：114年04月18日(星期五)中午12時。
  Application deadline: 12:00PM, Friday, 2025.04.18 (closed).
• 若報名人數過多，將依情形停止報名及公告。
  The application will be closed when the application is full.

【活動事項 Workshop Task】

• 參與者須配合完成下列事項：
  1.於工作坊期間以學伴身分與外籍學生互動交流（含課程分組體驗及自由活動時間），每組由6位外籍學生+4位學伴組成。
  2.活動第二天行程登山路線約2.5公里，將會以步行3小時方式參訪阿里山國家森林遊樂區。
  3.完成線上問卷及照片上傳，經工作人員確認後，始得領取研習證書及國際學伴服務證明。

  The following tasks must be completed by participants:
  1.Interact and engage with international students as learning partners during the workshop (including group experiences and free activity time). Each group has 6 international students and 4 learning partners.
  2.We will visit Alshan National Forest Recreation Area by hiking for 3 hours, covering a trail of approximately 2.5 kilometers on the second day.
  3.Participants will obtain the workshop certificate and international learning partner service certificate after completing the online questionnaire and uploading the pictures, as confirmed by staff.

【注意事項 Note】

• 為珍惜活動資源，經自行評估可全程參與方可報名。
  The workshop is only open to the participants who make full commitment to the program.
• 於系統完成報名並非正式錄取，請以理學院網站公告之錄取名單為準。
  Completing the registration in the system does not mean that you are admitted, please check the admission list announced on the website of the College of Science.
• 倘若報名人數過多，將依情形停止報名及公告錄取名單。
  如遇有正取者放棄之情形，本院將以報名時所填之聯絡方式依序聯繫備取者。
  備取者須接到通知後才算正式錄取，未接到通知請勿出席活動。
  Substitute name list will be announced.
  Please do not show up unless you have received confirmation calls.
• 因故臨時無法參與活動，敬請於七日前來信或來電取消報名。
  Please inform the College of Science by phone call before 7 days, if you could not attend the workshop for any reasons.
• 倘若參與者活動當日已排定必選修課程，
  敬請尊重師長，取得授課教師同意並提供相關證明文件（如：同意信件擷圖）。
  For those who have classes on the same day as the workshop , please make sure that you have informed your professors, obtained their permission for you to be excused from class to attend this workshop , and provided relevant supporting documents (e.g. screenshot of consent letter).
