• 若報名人數過多，將依情形停止報名及公告。

【錄取公告 Admission Announcement】

•  錄取名單將會於112年02月17日(星期五)公告在理學院官網。
  The participants name list will be announced  in the website below on 2023.02.17 (Friday).
  https://science.nptu.edu.tw/

【保證金 Deposit Payment】

• 錄取者請於112年02月21日(星期二)中午12時前至理學院(屏師校區敬業樓2樓)繳交保證金NTD$500。
  當日未繳者視同放棄工作坊與會機會。
  The accepted participants must pay the deposit (NTD$500) to the College of Science(2F, Jing Ye Building, Pingshih Campus) before 12:00PM, February 21st, or the vacancy will go to the others.
• 如遇有放棄情形，本院將通知或公告缺額參與機會。
  The College of Science will reopen the application link if vacancy occurs.
• 全程參與者全額退還保證金NTD$500。
  Five hundred dollars of deposit will be refunded after full attendance.
  
   

【活動事項 Workshop Task】

• 參與者須配合完成下列事項：
• All participates must following the instruction given by the instructor and to complete the following items:
  1.活動當天：完成學習單(全英文撰寫)，當日收回。
  　1.Complete and hand in the learning sheet in English on the same day.
  2.於活動結束後一週內：完成線上問卷(全英文撰寫)，經師長確認後，始得領取研習證書。
  　Complete online survey (in English )within one week after the workshop, the certificate will be issued after the survey was  checked by the instructor.
  
   

【注意事項 Note】

1. 為珍惜活動資源，經自行評估可全程參與方可報名。
   The workshop is only open to the participants who make full commitment to the program.
2. 於系統完成報名並非正式錄取，請以理學院網站公告之錄取名單為準。
   Completing the registration in the system does not mean that you are admitted, please check the admission list announced on the website of the College of Science.
3. 倘若報名人數過多，將依情形停止報名及公告錄取名單。
   如遇有正取者放棄之情形，本院將以報名時所填之聯絡方式依序聯繫備取者。
   備取者須接到通知後才算正式錄取，未接到通知請勿出席活動。
   Substitute name list will be announced.
   Please do not show up unless you have received confirmation calls.
4. 因故臨時無法參與活動，敬請於7日前來信或來電取消報名。
5. Please inform the College of Science by phone call before 7 days, if you could not attend the workshop for any reasons.
6. 倘若參與者活動當日已排定必選修課程，
   敬請尊重師長，取得授課教師同意並提供相關證明文件（如：同意信件擷圖）。
   For those who has classes on the same day of the workshop , please make sure that you have informed your professors and has gained their permission for you to be excused from class to attend this workshop.

【防疫措施 Anti-epidemic Measures】

1. 參與者請務必【自備口罩】並於活動期間全程配戴。
   Participants should bring their own masks for replacement and wear a mask during the program, in accordance with the latest regulations of our venues.
2. 倘若日後疫情更加嚴峻，理學院得變更活動辦理方式或取消活動之進行。
   If the epidemic becomes more severe in the future, the College of Science reserve the right to modify and terminate this program at any time.
3. 依據中央流行疫情指揮中心公告之「具感染風險民眾追蹤管理機制」，【自主健康管理】者應儘量避免出入公共場所。倘若您為自主健康管理者，建議您留於家中休息，如您已完成報名，敬請來電說明，以利協助辦理取消程序，理學院未來仍會持續辦理各式工作坊，歡迎您日後多加報名參與。
   According to the Ministry of Health and Welfare Announcement, Self-Health Management Compliance should rest at home, avoid going out to the public areas. For the Self-Health Management compliance who has registered for this program, please call the office, we will help you with the cancellation.
