　【活動事項 Workshop Requirements】　

• 參與者於當日須配合講師課程指示並完成問卷調查填寫事宜。
  Participants are required to follow the instructor's directions and ensure the session questionnaire is completed by the end of the day.
  經講師及工作人員確認後，始得領取研習證書。
  Hard-copy certificates will be issued on-site only upon verification by the instructor and staff.

• 為珍惜活動資源，經自行評估可全程參與方可報名。
  To ensure the best use of resources, please only register if you can commit to the entire session.
• 於系統完成報名並非正式錄取，請以理學院網站公告之錄取名單為準。
  Completing the online registration does not guarantee admission. Please refer to the official list announced on the College of Science website.
• 如遇有正取者放棄之情形，本院將以報名時所填之聯絡方式依序聯繫備取者。
  備取者須接到通知後才算正式錄取，未接到通知請勿出席活動。
  In the event that an admitted participant withdraws, we will contact waitlisted applicants in order. Waitlisted applicants are only admitted once they have received an official notification; please do not attend the event if you have not been notified.
• 因故臨時無法參與活動，敬請於七日前來信或來電取消報名。
  If you are unable to attend, please notify us via phone or email at least 7 days in advance to cancel your registration.
• 倘若參與者活動當日已排定必選修課程，
  敬請尊重師長，取得授課教師同意並提供相關證明文件（如：同意信件擷圖）。
  Should the workshop conflict with your scheduled courses, please obtain prior approval from your instructor and provide supporting evidence (e.g., a screenshot of the approval email).

• 本活動得採計築夢展翼翻轉計畫時數。
  This activity is eligible for "築夢展翼翻轉計畫" hours.

• 本活動之築夢展翼翻轉計畫學習護照時數核章程序，請先自行撰寫內容（活動名稱請參考下方錄取名單場次名稱，時數為8小時<09：00～12：00、13：00～18：00>），再攜帶學習護照至理學院辦公室（屏師校區敬業樓2樓）辦理。
  Please fill in the required details in your study passport in advance (refer to the admission list for the Activity Name; the duration is 8 hours <09:00–12:00, 13:00–18:00>). Then, bring your study passport to the College of Science Office (2F, Jing-Ye Building, Pingshi Campus) on the day of the activity to complete the certification process.
