活動事項 Workshop Task　

此次活動為課程，參與者於當日須配合完成下列事項：
All participants must follow the instructions are given by the instructor and complete the following items on the same day: 
1. 完成線上問卷。
　Complete the online questionnaire.
2.課程期間請配合全程開啟鏡頭，以利師長確認您的實作安全與學習進度。未全程開啟鏡頭者因無法確認學習進度及成果，將不提供研習證書。
　During the course, please cooperate with the whole process of opening the camera so that the teacher can confirm students’ safety and learning progress.
　Those who do not open the camera throughout the process will not be provided with a certificate because the staff cannot confirm the course's learning progress and results.
經確認後，始得領取研習證書。
The certificate will be issued after the questionnaire was checked by the instructor and staff. 

　

　注意事項 Note　

1. 為珍惜活動資源，經自行評估可全程參與方可報名。
　The workshop is only open to the participants who make full commitment to the program. 
2. 於系統完成報名並非正式錄取，請以理學院網站公告之錄取名單為準。
　Completing the registration in the system does not mean that you are admitted, please check the admission list announced on the website of the College of Science.
3. 倘若報名人數過多，將依情形停止報名及公告錄取名單。
　如遇有正取者放棄之情形，本院將以報名時所填之聯絡方式依序聯繫備取者。
　備取者須接到通知後才算正式錄取，未接到通知請勿出席活動。
　Substitute name list will be announced. Please do not show up unless you have received confirmation calls.
4. 因故臨時無法參與活動，敬請於三日前來信或來電取消報名。
　Please inform the College of Science by phone call before 3 days, if you could not attend the workshop for any reasons.

會議室將會在課程開始前10分鐘( 15:20 )開啟。
